| 1 Kilo ( about 2 pounds ) chicken breasts 1 egg 2 C golden bread crumbs salt pepper 1 t chili flakes |
| Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet to desired thickness. In mixing bowl break the egg over all of the chicken breasts. Mix well with fingers. Heat 1/2 inch deep oil in large frying pan. Roll each chicken breast in the bread crumbs, covering well. Place carefully into the oil. Salt and pepper the breasts and sprinkle the chili flakes over them. Cover and let brown well before turning. Let both sides brown well. remove from oil onto paper towels. |
