Chopped Liver & Onions
4 T oil
1/2 Kilo Chicken livers ( about 1 pound )
2 large onions
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t cumin
1/8 t chili powder
Chop livers into bite sized pieces ( easiest when half frozen ). Slice onions in 1/4" slices. In frying pan heat oil and add chicken livers and onions.

Fry until livers are grey, then add all remaining ingredients. Cover and fry until nicely browned.

Great for main dish, side dish and even sandwiches!
