| Heat oil in pan. Add livers and onion. Saute until well browned. Add spices and couscous. Stir well to blend. Add boiling water and cover. Cook for 5 mintes on a very low flame. Take off heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes. Serve with a slice of cold, fresh tomato. |
