Chicken Liver & Couscous
Heat oil in pan. Add livers and onion. Saute until well browned. Add spices and couscous. Stir well to blend.

Add boiling water and cover. Cook for 5 mintes on a very low flame. Take off heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes.

Serve with a slice of cold, fresh tomato.
4 T oil
1 pound chicken liver
( 1/2 kilo )
1 large onion ( sliced )
1 t salt
1/2 course black pepper
2 T chili flakes
1 t paprika
2 C couscous
2 C boiling water
