| Clean hearts from blood vessel and membrane. Wash in cold water well. In frying pan heat oil and add hearts. When hearts turn grey add onions and all spices. Cover and stir occationally until browned but not dry. Add wine and stir for another 5 minutes uncovered. Serve with favorite rice or potatoes. |
