Chicken Curry
Saute chicken breast slices in hot oil. When starting to brown add onion and celery, saute until browned.

Add mushrooms with juice, and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well, scraping bottom and bring to boil.

Turn down low and continue until most liquids are gone.

Serve over rice if desired.

4 T olive oil
3 C chicken breast ( cut in strips )
1 large onion ( sliced )
1 can mushroom pieces
( with juice )
1/4 C celery ( chopped fine )
1 t curry powder
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t crushed garlic
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 C white wine
