Chicken & Cauliflower
In a very large soup pot, heat water and skinned chicken pieces and bring to a boil. Add garlic, curry, paprika, chili powder, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook uncovered for 30 minutes.

Add cauliflower pieces and set chicken on top of them. Let boil on a high flame until water has evaporated and only 1 1/2" sauce is left on bottom of pot.

Best served with
garlic bread or homemade bread of choice.
12 C water
1 chicken ( skinned & cut into pieces ) or equivilant
2 small head of fresh cauliflower or 1 large ( cleaned and cut into pieces )
1 t crushed garlic
1/2 t curry powder
1/4 t cumin
1 t paprika
1/2 t chili powder ( optional )
3 T tomato paste
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
