| Heat olive oil in a soup pot and add chicken cubes. Toss until cooked through. Add celery, mushrooms and onion. Saute until onion is golden. Add tomatoes, garlic, basil, paprika, salt,powdered chicken soup, pepper, chili powder and oregano. Mix will and saute on a low flame for 2 minutes. Add wine and cook for another 2 minutes on a low flame. Add tomato paste and water and bay leaf. Mix well and cover the pot. Cook on a very low flame for 20 minutes stiring occationally. Serve over egg noodles. |
