| Two Pepper Salad |

| oil for deep frying 1 green hot pepper 2 red bell peppers 2 T lemon juice 1/4 t crushed garlic salt |
| Fry peppers in hot oil until peelings are browned and almost burned. Drain on paper towels in a plastic container with lid. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes. Peel peppers and slice into very thin slices. Put in a bowl and add lemon juice, garlic and salt. Mix well. Serve with meals for those who like their food spicier, and add to sandwiches to tease taste buds. |
