Mushroom & Onion Salad
Wash and slice mushrooms and onions. Heat oil in frying pan and add mushrooms and onions, curry powder, salt & pepper. Saute until onions and mushrooms are nicely browned.

Add wine and cover, On a low flame, simmer until wine has been absorbed into the mixture and the rest mostly evaporated.

Serve as a side dish to any meal.
2 C fresh mushrooms ( sliced )
2 large onions ( sliced in 1/4" slices )
3 T olive oil
1/2 t curry powder
1/4 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
1 1/2 C white wine
