Moroccan Cooked Olives
Cube meat and bring to a boil with water in a soup pot. Wash and rinse olives 5 times, add to meat.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cover and let boil down to a thick sauce on a low flame. Take care at the end not to burn.

Serve on sandwiches or with homemade breads.
2 C steak or chuck ( cubed into very small cubes )
6 C water
3 T tomato paste
1 T chili flakes
1/4 t black pepper
1/2 t paprika
1/8 t ground cumin
2 T olive oil
2 C pitted green olives
