Egg Salad
6 hard boiled eggs
6 T mayonnaise
2 T grated onion
4 T finely chopped celery
1 finely chopped pickle
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t salt
Boil and peel eggs. Chop and put into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Chill for at least an hour before serving.

Garnish with parsley, basil, relish or chopped olives.
