| Prepare sweetdough recipe with eggs according to directions on that page. Braid or roll into 2 loaves. Place in greased loaf pans or braids on a greased ( or parchment lined ) baking sheet and let rise second time covered with a damp cloth. Beat egg and water together with a fork, brush loaves with pastry brush well. Sprinkle seeds over surface. Bake at 200 C on low shelf until golden brown. |
