You may by not reading and learning that a particular food may be a food intolerance. but it could be a sign of a overloaded liver. I plan on a oriental rice chicken and a spanish rice chicken every week to increase it. I had chicken salad and oatmeal for breakfast allowed. I would not miss cakes but I was new to it. I however ate three banana a day. fed so full I was amazed at starting. I was sure the banana diet was born. filling and very healthy. I learned of the harmful waste and bacterial toxins can be absorbed right back in hard BM. so I decided to use salad lettus and tomatoes alot more. I began to add Turmeric to my cooking with sadly ginger because of it helps my intestine flautuence. but would learn from singular I could never get it to show up as an allergy. in spring 2007 I got my list which is listed otherwise on my copyrighted website. I also added Milk thistle as my brother died from a weak liver. he had enzyes natural missing from his liver a fatal flaw in some. |

Chapter Seven my plumbing system: looking after blood and lymph systems. Reading the diet each chapter amazed me on building a complex system which interacted with each organ. it was a serious work which made me think how incredible God is in the design of the human body. He said to make our temples holy. I belief its our bodies as well. Because of Cappillaries I realized this was the area I had to concentrate. leaking gut and leaking vessesl to area did not cause my fluid to leak out of pores the cappilaries did. so I had to touch them first. Linda book however did not have a time frame. and I would write her. she answer six months it could take. I decided right then and there to use suppliments as I would introduce more food faster after the first two months were up. Seven explained more of the artieies, cappilaries, tissues and cells work how fluid moves via capillaries. this showed me how edema known and the lymph would be done. and explained my adomen. but I sadly called it protien rich edema a term american doctors did not recognize. and were lost to. in the usa it was lymph edema. I learned of Fluid pressures, different that the kidney chapter. but how permeability would cause all over edema as in my case. according to the book europe and UK were more aware its was not a rare problem. I learned of protein concentration in my plasma and those in my tissue fluid spaces. I learned the lymphatic system and the massage I had earlier read of was connected to this as it explained more of this factor. though not connected of celluite here in this chapter. I learned of what made cappilariey wall too weak. was amazed that shock, nutritional defiecies, infections, and damage physcial which never trigger trauma from my auto accident but would be another few years before I seen it. 00 Imbalances of haromones like Prostagladins. histaime which in my case was singular even though many doctors ruled it out. in my case it was a problem identifying my allergies or sensitive foods.
I learned of lymph nodes and exercise, massage again importantsce and teeth and gums of bacteria infections. Damage of longterm inflamation. lung and eye problems which fluid cause problems for. this good me. as I got both going on at this and currently. I learned this buildup could cause cancer and a congested lymph needed help. I learned of flavornoid not directic on famous 99 page. how b6 could give you sore in core of mouth. |

Chapter 8 would show fluid caused by Vitamin and mineral deficienceis. and this just helped over all. adding horsechestnut, to my suppliments and getting all the other was my decision. my blood worked proved I was trying to heal it. I leanred of Anaemia, which I felt I had so I bought the suppliments, I learned of prostagladins, oil fish helpful works which I felt would benefit me. at the time of my starting the diet. I could get up and be so exhaused I could not sit in a chair. because I stopped working this problem grew from 2003 july and by summer end august 2004 I actual got worst. no diet helped. southbeach, adkins. so here fish oil was helpful as I better understood the problem of the bad oil buildup. I would learn of Rutin , Quercetin and coumarin which sadly is not avail in the USA. I learned of Macrophages which the white blood cell of the lymph system sent out when protien needed to be broken down and how the suppliment mention in this chapter could increase their numbers. I said yes, this is exactly what I needed. |

The Waterfall Diet Phase One |

Phase one is designed to clear your system of residues which may encourage fluid retention. it is not designed to be a fat loss diet. it is strict and gives rapid results for many fluid suffers who have not had another system breakdown. for the others it will take longer. I am proof of that. though the Univeristy of Michigan will test and treat my fluid. I will prove here trauma did have fluid buildup as well. this part of the diet first week I did this. make lettus and tomatoe salad with chicken. with a vinager and oil dressing. I could eat as much boiled chicken and experiemented with my chicken for lunch and dinners.
I was not allowed process foods, and juiced alot. I was not allowed any condiments unless on diet. for me this is vinager and oil dressing. its only one I could eat and enjoy.
No Beef, No Yeast or its products breads made with it, no Dairy Cows Milk, No Eggs, NO wheat.
this did not seem hard and after a few while my BM went to more softer less painful kind. no water loss, so I knew by reading the book other system would be involved. I knew that from the get go.
