the Elders of our Women's Tribe, and begin to understand all
that they could teach us, we come to accept who and what we
are, and know that our contribution to society is equal to that of
any other. Unfortunately, our society does not recognize this wisdom. Women have been subjugated in mainstream society
for too many years, our knowledge not listened to, our words
not heard, our opinions not valued. Yet we, as Women, hold the keys to half of the equation here on Mother Earth. We hold half
the answers needed in the world. We hold half the wisdom
granted to all for their Earth Walk.
