Your Common Room is a large, black-stone tower, with many levels connected by narrow, twisting stone stairs. The walls are covered in dusty bookshelves, and tables are every where, with odd and evil looking objects cluttering their surfaces. Black and red hangings moulder in the dark corners of ceilings, the colours being those of your house.
A large, gothic stone fireplace dominates the central wall of the lowest level, carved from black stone, and covered with grimacing skulls. Above the fireplace, in a gold frame, hangs a portrait of your patriarch, Mordred Wrathmire. High backed arm-chairs are positioned around the fire, whose warmth is welcome in this cold, drafty turret.
