| The M.V.T.O. was started in late 2003 by the current president, Jon Schmidt. It has rapidly gained members and support from the community and hopes that this will continue. In return the M.V.T.O. hopes to help out ARD by trying to fix up the Meadow Vista Park's tennis court area in any way possible.
