Sign at the Southern Motel
New sign was installed at the Southern Motel on Route One that has pink neon piping wrapping the sign. Question was sent to zoning on March 20, 2001

Trailers from 18 Wheelers are being parked on R-2 Property behind residential homes on Central Avenue. Link to picture View of trailers

Southern Motel is being used as long term housing. Question arose about the safety and health issues. If the Hotel is being used as an apartment or boarding house then it should comply with apartment and housing standards. The number of people allowed in one room. Children of different sex should not be sharing rooms.

House on Reddick ave being used as a boarding house. Person is living in the garage.

Cars being worked on in the Southern Motel and on the Street in front of the Motel by residents of the Motel. Oil being poured down the sewer. Car parts being left in the adjacent parking lot of Mt Zepher.
