Mount Vernon Civic Association General Membership meetings

Presentation of Proposed Development of Dawson Woods on Nalls Rd.: Two cul-de-sacs with residential homes, in the $500k range, are being proposed for the property at the Western end of Nalls Rd., which is directly across from Mt. Vernon High School and also Gibbs Street off of Quisenberry Road. The site plan wil bwe available.

Presentation of Proposed development of Rising Hope Church at the old Rib Rack Location next to Thieves Market: This will be a small church with a Sanctuary, office, and storage area for food donations and distribution. This will not be a homeless shelter or a soup kitchen.

Other Reports: We will find out the latest status of the other issues discussed at the March 7th meeting.
