The Association shall represent those individuals and communities not represented by other local civic organizations in an area in Fairfax County, Virginia, bounded by Fort Belvoir, the Potomac River, Little Hunting Creek and Route No. 1, being the area in which several of George Washington's farms were located.

* Airplane Noise and air pollution concerns have not been addressed. The increased traffic will severely impact on air quality throughout the county. Noise barriers, essential to protecting the surrounding neighborhoods from noise exceeding the governments acceptable levels have not been included in the Draft Environmental impact Statement.
