The
Becoming of and Outlaw
One day Paulie had to go to the Maryland Vehicle Administration to pay a fine
he had for his widow tent was too dark. It seemed like he or Tommy or their
buddies were always going to there to pay some type of fine, or the cops were
always after them. Your radio is too loud, your exhaust system is too loud,
tent to dark, neon lights under car, hot roding up and down the strip,
speeding or racing. Everyone felt like why are we the bad guy, all we want to
do have fun with our cars. So. like in the wild west they were all rebels,
outlaws...MVA Outlaws.
In the Beginning
It was just Paulie and Tommy at first, but their club, a respectable club
started growing. Now MVA Outlaws has over 35 members and it is very well know
in and around the MD area.
