| SALADS On our menu we have, The Australian Garden Salad, with fresh crispy lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. which represent our climate and easy life style in Australia. The Dutch Salad, made with a mixture of meat, potato, onion, gherkins, egg, mayonnaise, etc., placed on lettuce combined with other vegies, is the ideal salad for our warm climate, because we serve it cold. The greek salad, a well known recipe in Australia does not need much explanation, but is also very suitable for our way of live. we also serve a Caesar Salad with or without chicken, and a Salad nicoise ( French tuna salad ).
