6. No elected officer may hold the following offices within their social club: President, Rush Chairman, and Interclub Delegate.
7. All elected officers must have a 2.5 cumulative grade point average and maintain it during the year of service.
8. All elected officers must disaffiliate from their socail club after graduation and assist the Assistant Vice President for rush with fall recruitment.
1. Regular. The MUW Interclub shall hold at least one regular meeting annually.
2. Special. A special meeting of Interclub may be called by the President when mecessary and shall be call by her upon the written request of any club memeber.
3. The delegate from each club shall be responsible for notifying her club of all regular and special meetings of Interclub and Interclub Council.
The administrative body of Interclub shall be the Interclub Council.
It shall be the duty of Interclub Council to administer all business related to the overall welfare of Interclub and to compile rules governing Interclub, including membership recruitment and pledging, which do not violate the sovereignty, rights and priviledges of member fraternities.
1. Memebership. The Interclub Council shall be composed of President and one elected or appointed representative from each club.
2. Selections of Representatives. Representatives shall be selected by their club to serve for a term of one-year commencing no later than six weeks before the end of the school year.
3. Delegate Vacancies. When a representative vacancy occurs, it shall be the responsibility of the club to select a replacement within one week and to notify the Vice President of Administration of her name, address, and telephone number.
4. Officers. The officers of the Interclub Council shall serve as the Executive Board of the Interclub Council and shall have such powers and duties as are prescribed in the Bylaws of Interclub.
