| Article I: Name The name of the organization shall be Interclub for Mississippi University for Women. Every social club member automatically has membership in Interclub. |

| Article II: Purpose The purpose of the Interclub shall be to: 1. Promote cooperation and friendship among the members of Interclub in order to maintain high social moral standards. 2. Establish and enforce the rules and regulations governing member organizations and social club rush without violation of sovereinty, rights and privileges. 3. Act as a liaison between the social club system and MUW. 4. To further intellectual accomplishment and scholarship of member organizations. |

| Article III: Colors and Flower The colors of Interclub Council shall be yellow, purple, and white. The fower is the daisy. |

| Article IV: Symbol The symbol shall be the eight-pointed star to represent the unity of the eight social clubs. |

| Article V: Membership A. Membership in the Interclub Council shall be composed of all four-year social clubs in good standing with the Office of Student Affairs. Interclub does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, cultural back ground, sex, or religion. B. The representatives from each club shall include the President of the club and one elected or appointed representative from the club. |

| Article VI: Officers 1. The officers of Interclub Council shall be President, Vice President for Rush, Assistant Vice President for Rush, Vice President for Administration, Vice President for Finance, and Vice President for Standards. 2. All elected officers must be enrolled as full-time students at MUW and remain active members in their respective social clubs during their term. 3. The officers shall serve for a term of one year, the term of office to begin no later than six weeks before the end of the shool year. 4. Any officer failing to perform her duties as outlined shall resign and a successor be designated by election or as provided in Article I, Number 4. 5. No social club shall have more than two memebers serve on Interclub Executive Council at one time. |
