Let it be known, far and wide, that I like slash songfic. Consequently, I want to index slah songfic.

The mission of ~*life is but a song*~ is to index as much songfic as I can. This index is open to any and all pairings in the sdb fandom. Inra-Sync, Intra-Backstreet, Crossovers, other bands (if, you know, that's your thing)... I fully intend on archiving it here.

I also fully intend on improving this mission page someday.... But, today I just want to get the basics up so I can get this up and running.

Please Note: I am not archiving/hosting fic, I am just linking. Also, if your fic is linked here, and you would rather it not be, just let me know, and I will gladly take it off.

What qualifies for ~*life is but a song*~?
Well, any fic that is based on a song, whether or not the lyrics to the song appear in the story, is fair game. As far as AUs go, they're welcome too, but they will have an [AU] next to them, to warn people who are not so amused by AUs.

Please be aware of the fact that I am occasionally incompetent, and can therefore contain some less-than-perfect coding (or spelling, or grammar). If you find something that doesn't work, let me know. I want to fix it. Really, I do.

I'm going to try and put as much up here as I can, but it would be great if you have written (or read) any songfic, to please add to the archive. I can't possibly read it all...
