Crunch

In the starting positoin, your back is in the floor, the legs are bended on a bench or not. Your hands are behind the neck.
Take off your back from the floor until the down of the back take off the floor. It may not take off. Keep then the position for 1 second and get donw to the floor without touching it. To keep a tension in the muscle.
