Hourly Rates is C$30.00. For general and ongoing administrative support, hourly rates are billed in 15 minutes increments. However, if you have a budget for special projects, I am willing to consider working along your budget, based on the estimated time and complexity of the project.
Special Rates
Using 4 hours of service or more = C$25.00 per hour.
Using the service on an ongoing basis = C$25.00 per hour.
Using more than 20 hours of service per month = C$25.00 per hour + additional 5% off.
Using more than 40 hours of service per month =C$25.00 per hour + additional 10% off.
Referral Rates
When you refer a client to MultiTask Office Services and when they use and pay for the service, you will get an additional 10% off the regular rate.
Expenses
Courier fees, faxes, postage for large mail-outs, envelopes/labels, photocopies, long distance calls or other extraordinary expenses will be charged to the client.
Evening/Weekend/Rush Service
A 25% surcharge will be added to the regular rate for tasks or projects done in the above category.
Payment Options
Payment can be made in the form of cash, cheque, money order, interact email transfer, PayPal or online banking. There will be C$30.00 charge for returned cheques.
