Here's a couple borrowed pics of the Multi Game Doctor 2 and the Neo Geo I/O. This particular adaptor, which utilizes both dram and sram memory, is rare and usually fetches close to $200. Another interesting thing to note is that the backup board doesn't support a slot for Neo Geo games. So where do those Neo Geo games in MGD2 format come from? Sounds like a mystery to me :-)
