About the chef.
Dawn Fleitman got her start in professional cooking as a personal
chef. Under the good advice from a customer, she decided to branch into
catering. Though she still cooks home cooked meals for her clients, she
finds the hustle and bustle of event catering rewarding.
Dawn only uses the finest ingredients available. That means butcher
meats and fresh herbs are the only option. And, there will be no
warehouse club store items in your order EVER.! You will see the
expression on your guests faces that say “Simply delicious”.
