Cream of Rootbeer Soup
Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Margarine
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/3 cups milk

1 1/2 tsp Rootbeer concentrate
1 drop molasses
1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
3/4 Tbsp white sugar

1 Tbsp milk
4 drops lemon juice
Directions:

Melt margarine in saucepan.  Add cornstarch, while stirring with a wire whisk.  It should form clumps.  Continue stirring, while adding milk.  KEEP STIRRING!  You don't want to burn your soup!

Throw in the rootbeer concentrate, the molasses, the brown and white sugar.  Are you still stirring?  I hope so.  Bring this to a boil.  It's important that it boils for a minute or two.  If not, you'll get a bit of a floury/cornstarchy aftertaste.

Put in that last tablespoon of milk, and the four drops of lemon juice.  Stir your soup once more to blend it in, and you're done!  Ta-Da!  Cream of Rootbeer Soup, just like Peter used to make it*!
*This recipe was not really used by Peter.  It is the creation of Candace and Callie, because obviously they have nothing better to do on a Friday afternoon than try to figure out what Cream of Rootbeer Soup tastes like.  As Mike would say, "Peter (or Candace and Callie), I think you've reached a new low."

Ttrue to Peter's recipe, this one is not very good.  It is edible.  You'll not die while eating it.  However, some of us prefer to *enjoy* our food.  If you're one of us, feel free to enter the Picky Person's kitchen.
