June 1st I had to go back to the ER. And I also had to go back on the 3rd. The second time they did a cat scan to check for abcesses. It came back okay, so they sent me home.
I seen my pain clinic doctor on the 4th, in the morning. We both decided it would be a good idea to change to a different pain medication and see if it helped better with the pain. So then we switched from percocet to hydrocodone. I really thought that it would help with my pain because I had taken it before and it worked. I had been on the percocet for such a long time that I became tolerant to it. I started taking it that same day. It seemed to work that day, and the next day too. Then on friday it was like I wasn't taking anything for pain. I would take the hydrocodone, and my pain wasn't even taken down a few levels. It stayed the same. I didn't know what to do. My heart rate had been up. It was 107 on wednesday, but now it was up in the 120's. My heart rate goes up when I'm in pain and dehydrated. I thought I could just wait it out until Monday, and call Shelly my pin clinic doctor. Thats what I planned to do.
