| This Project proposes 41 to 42 small residential lots in the City of Mt. Shasta, between Shasta Avenue on the north and Marjorie Street and Kenneth Way on the south, in the northern portion of the existing community. As approved, developers failed to provide a neighborhood park, adequate water and sewer facilities, protection of existing trees and stormwater pollution control, and a new road required by the City's General Plan. | |||||||||||||||||||||
