Prof. Ma was graduate of Sun
Yat Sen University of Medical
Sciences with degree in Medicine. He worked as an Internist
specializing in Gastroenterology in Guanzhau and Guangxi
Provinces in China. Later he
was sent to Guangxi Medical
School to be trained as a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor
in Guanxgi Province in China. For over twenty years he practiced
modern Western and Oriental medicines in China before
he
came to America with his family.
He has Ph. D in Oriental Medicine
from American Global
University in Wyoming in 2000.
He has been practicing acupuncture
since he became fully
Licensed acupuncturist in California in 1991. He is also a
senior professor and clinical supervisor at Academy of
Chinese Culture and Health Sciences in Oakland, CA since
1992. His special interest is Herbology.
Prof. Cai was born and educated
in Guanzhou, China. She graduated
fromSun Yat Sen University of Health Sciences with degree in Medicine.
She was practicing modern Western medicine in Guanzhou and
Guangxi provinces. In 1970's she was sent to Guangxi Medical School
in Guangxi Province to be trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. After
her special training she used both modern Western medicine along with
TCM to treat her patients more effectively for over twenty years before
she moved to America.
Prof. Cai has Master's degree
in TCM from Academy of Chinese Culture
and Health Sciences in Oakland, California, and Ph.D in Oriental
Medicine from American Global University in Wyoming in 2000.
She is a California Licensed
Acupuncturist since 1983 and in practice
since then. She also teaches and supervises students in clinical
practice at Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences in Oakland,
California since 1984.
Her special interests are diagnosis,
acupuncture, pain management,
Gynecological problems, and Chinese food therapy.
