| Spider in Particular | |||||||||
| In a small, cozy cabin An entwined spider web looms Upon the bare wall Of a dust-filled room As light takes its leave A particular spider comes out to play Among his web, he sits and waits For the ending of a day Watch as the spider weaves Itself a brand new home A dwelling to rest its sleepy head And sing his merry song Dance carelessly in the night Where no one can hear or see Beyond the midnight sky Jubilant and carefree But at the break of dawn He will depart his dancing shoes And this particular spider Will drift back into recluse -Until obscurity reappears |
