My name is Melissa Swanson. I'm 32 years old. I am a Web Design Major at Bossier Parish Community College. Technically, I'm a senior in college, even though BPCC is a 2-year college. You could say that I've made a career out of college! In the past, I've majored in Nursing and Physical Therapy Assisting. I've got approximately 8 years of completed college but no degree! I'm not sure how I managed that. I've finally made up my mind about what I want to do when I grow up. Too bad it took me this long, LOL!Here's a little about my family. I have been married to my husband, Justin, for almost 3 years. Justin and I met, believe it or not, on Yahoo Personals. I used to always make fun of people that met people online. I thought it was dangerous. However, I was pretty smart about it. We talked for months before we ever met. Justin and I went on our first date in May of 2004. We went to a crawfish boil at a local marina. I had never had crawfish before that day. I actually liked it. We ended up sitting and talking for hours. I couldn't believe how well we got along. He originally came across as shy and maybe a little arrogant, LOL. Come to find out, he wasn't at all. He was, and still is, a great man!
