| Down the beach by the waters edge, the sound of children's laughter combines with the sounds of the waves as they play in the bright sunshine. The happy sounds of the children's play brings a smile to my face this morning. There's not a cloud in the sky today, and the sun on my face feels warming. I love sitting here on the beach, digging my toes into the warm sand, gazing out over the waters, enjoying the lovely scene while I can. For I know that too soon it will end, and I will return to the daily grind of hectic living and working a job, and I will have to leave this all behind. But for today, at this moment , the sun is bright and warm on my face, the sound of the waves soothe my soul, and life is good and there is no haste. |
