At our annual meeting
the following members were elected to be our 2003 Officers.
President - Tim Stults

A special thank you to
Mr. Wess, our out going president for giving me a chance to serve as
your president this year. We will be counting his continued
support.
To all the members of
the Association, I would appreciate your help and corporation as we
come together as a team. No president can do a good job
without the help of all members.
Our upcoming trials will
not be a success unless we all work together. Although there
will be only one winner in each class, I will be rooting for
everyone. Looking forward to seeing you at our first trial.

Hi,
Our annual meeting was
held Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002. New officers were elected:
Tim Stults, president, Bob Urban, vice-president, Debbie Catledge,
secretary, Gloria Atkinson, board of directors, Trent Wilson, board of
directors, and David Wilson, board of directors.
As of Jan. 1, 2002, dues
will be due. We would appreciate the members personal
information: name, address, phone, and email address, so that
newsletters can be emailed. Remember, Dianne Williamson has been
kind enough to establish us a club website: www.geocities.com/mssda2002/.
Trial results and pertinent information will be posted here. A
single membership has 1 vote, a family membership has 2.
Non-members are not eligible to vote, are not eligible to hold office,
and are not eligible for the high point trophies.
Enclosed is a copy of the
list of folks who paid 2002 MSSDA dues.
We will issue a newsletter
shortly which will explain that we are having two meetings per year,
before each trial. Members are encouraged to have individual fun
days to enjoy their dogs, however, due to distance and work schedules,
we are unable to continue official monthly meetings.

| We have now a payback in
Nursery, too...
New payback formula: 80% payback to the top
20% of the winners
The MSSDA spring trial is that 1st weekend in
April, John's & Gloria's trial is May 31, June 1...
The meetings change from every month to one
before every trial, and one at Christmas...
Suggestions are more than welcome!!
Please encourage folks to enter the trials.
Pre entry is not necessary;
if needed, we can run to a standard.
