| Lynyrd Skynyrd was the GREATEST Southern Rock Band EVER!! On October 20th, 1977, in a Mississippi Swamp, the plane that carried the band crashed. Founding members Ronnie VanZant (the heart and soul of Lynyrd Skynyrd), Steve Gaines and Cassie Gaines were killed. Allen Collins died in 1990. They are loved and missed by all. |
