Captain Ronald Jennings: My Daddy + As I think back on all of the things that my father had done for me, all I can think to say is that this man, this WONDERFUL man gave us life... as well as his own. He devoted so much time, effort and love to ensure that my brother and myself would grow to be decent, intelligent, and productive members of this society. He was definitely a man of honor! He believed in the virtue of decency, and never gave his word unless he knew he could fulfill whatever it was he promised to do! And he instilled that in both my brother and me... and I am ever so thankful! GOD definitely BLESSED this world when he created my father, and HE broke the mold... I can't say that there is anyone quite like my Daddy... he was quite a man! He served his country with the United States Marine Corps and was a loving husband and father. He risked his life for America during the Vietnam War, and he sacrificed much to the benefit of my brother and myself...I miss him so much! |
