Tatewaki Kuno is the captain of the Kendo Club at Furinkan High School. He is obsessed with Akane Tendo and Girl-Type Ranma. He is constantly "suckered" by Akane's sister Nabiki, who bribes Kuno in exchange for photos she has taken or any other information Kuno desires regarding Akane and Girl-Type Ranma. Although Kuno is definitely a cutie, he doesn't fend well in the intelligence category, as he still hasn't figured out that Girl-Type Ranma and his nemesis Ranma Saotome are the same person (despite the fact that this knowledge has virtually been spelled out for him!)!
