Morning Call Consultant
All help desks report to MC program every morning. It is our responsibility to evulate the situation and find a remedy. We look for reoccurances and finds ways to resolve the situations.
Ticketing systems used: Remedy, Oasis, WANG, Shield and more.
The Morning Call Web Site is edited and maintained personally. The structure was in place when I was placed here, but it is my responsibility to build any new pages as I see the need.
HTML, Java, Visual Basics, SQL, Power Point, Excel, Java Script and other languages and programs are used. I maintain the development sever. It operates on 4.0. My files are FTP'd to an extranet server for password viewing.
