Time flies! We have been out of high school for 23 years. Scott & I moved to Florida 10 years ago we love it here. We live about 7 miles north of Daytona Beach. There are lots of fun things to do here Bikeweek for one is an experience you won't soon forget. Of course the Daytona 500 and Pepsi 400. Scott is racing at a local dirt track in the late model sportsman division the season is 10 months he loves it. Our oldest daughter will be 21 soon and we have the cutest red haired, blue eyed grand daughter yes you heard me right Scott & I are grandparents. Our youngest daughter just graduated from high school a couple weeks ago. Scott & I are simi-retired we bought a fifth wheel and are ready to start traveling so don't be surprised if you see us around Medford we want to bring our 4 wheelers back to ride the dunes in Coos Bay the best riding we have found so far and we have been to a lot of places. Life is great! |

Where to start? My husband and I are approaching 22 years of marriage. Our whole family is very active in church in a variety of areas from Music (worship team and recording) to Children's ministries, and numerous areas. We have 4 kids, 2 have graduated and the other two are in high school and Jr high, we're still homeschooling and though hard at times, we love it. Our oldest is 20 and moved out this spring, our oldest son is 17 and will be going to San Antonio this September for basic training in the Air Force. I'm managing the retail side of GoodBean coffee in Jacksonville and I love the job. (If you want to try some great coffee go to http://goodbean.net .) |

Daren Strong Gresham, OR |
Hi! I am Daren Strong and I live in Gresham. I have
been serving as a children's pastor at Mount Hood Christian
Center since August '01. My wife Dianna and I recently celebrated
our 15th wedding anniversary and have a daughter and 2 sons. I
wasn't a well known guy at MSHS, but I did have an over-all
positive experience there. I saw many of you at the 20 year
reunion a couple of years ago. Boy! Have you guys aged! I'm glad
I didn't! Anyway, I was in the Russian Club and the Reach Out
Club in H.S. I was an average student with plans to go to
college. I did a stint in the Army after H.S. and eventually went
to Northwest College in Kirkland, WA where I crammed a 4 year
Bachelor's program into 5 years. I left with a degree and a wife
in 1990. Since then I have been a youth pastor, associate pastor,
senior pastor, and now a children's pastor. It's been quite a
journey these past 22 1/2 years, a good one mostly. Hope yours
has been, too. One thing I liked about the 20 year reunion is how
the years have equaled us. No longer are we separated by labels
like jocks, nerds, smokers, etc. Now we are Republicans,
Democrats... anyway, we can relate to each other differently.
It's pretty cool, I think! |
