What you need for your works cited page (for an "electronic" source, such as a website or online journal/periodical):

Author's name (if available)
Title of the essay or article
Source (what periodical published it)
Organization that published it online
Date it was created
Date you accessed it
<the URL> (the website address)

A good general search engine is Google
Type in keywords pertaining to your topic
ie 
symbolism in Poe's "Fall of the House of Usher"
The Delgado library offers some good research tools. Click here.  This library resource page has a link to the MLA International Bibliography, which is one of the best sources for literary analysis. Depending upon your topic, you may be able to print out linked full texts directly from the database

you may have to go to another library, like Tulane's (click
here for directions) or UNO's to actually make copies of the articles, but I guarantee you will find sources for your paper if you just take the time to look . . . and yes, it may take some time.
