     This course provides an introduction to the field of accounting and to the development and use of accounting information in the business world. It is intended for everyone, not just those students who may pursue careers in accounting. Today's students are tomorrow's decision makers.

 

     In other words wherever money is involved, accounting is required to account for it. Accounting is often called the language of business. The basic function of any language is to serve as a means of communication. Accounting also serve this function
