CROCKPOT BBQ PORK ROAST
1 Pork Roast (beef)
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Onion, cut up
1 tsp. Sugar
1 bottle BBQ Sauce
Cook roast covered in water(start with hot water) in crockpot, overnight on low 10-12 hours. Pour off water and pull meat into shredded pieces. Saute onion in a little butter. Combine BBQ, onions, sugar and juice off lemon with meat in crockpot & cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hrs, or on low for 3-6 hrs.

1-lb. hamburger meat                1(15oz.)mixed vegetables
1-med.cabbage,chopped            1(10oz.)can asparagus
1(15oz.)can carrots,drained       1(46 fluid oz.)can tomato juice
1(15-25oz.)can whole corn       1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1(15oz.)can green beans            1 tsp. onion powder
1(15oz.)can peas                      Salt & pepper
1(15oz.)can sliced potatoes
Place hamburger in large skillet. Cook over med.-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Put all the ingredients in large soup pot. DO NOT drain the liquid from vegetables. Cook until cabbage is tender. Makes about 2 gallons of soup.(Freeze leftovers.)
