Walter was asked to make another momentous decision by determining which Powerpuff doll to keep in Section. Having to choose from a selection of the three Powerpuff dolls: Blossom ('the commander and leader'), Bubbles ('the joy and the laughter'), or Buttercup ('the greatest fighter'), Walter was torn about which doll should have the chance to stay in Section. �Of course life can be terrible in here, but who is to say what will happen to the other two? They may end up in a dumpster outside Section or something. I feel responsible for all of them,� said Walter, agonizing over the decision he would have to make. Madeline was said to have given the choice to Walter, as a test in his decision-making abilities. �It�s been a while since we made him chose between Birkoff and his twin brother, so we thought it was time we made him flex that who-gets-to-be-free and who-must-stay-in-section muscle again,� reported Madeline via satellite while attending a briefing in Galatasaray last week. Walter went on to describe his selection process. �First I thought of keeping Bubbles, because we do need all the joy and laughter we can get around here. But Blossom, well, she has real leadership potential. And then we are always in need of good fighters, and Buttercup really kicks ass.� Unable to arrive at a conclusion, Walter then decided to employ the same tactics as he had when deciding the fate of two human beings. �I decided to flip a 50-cent piece and keep whichever Powerpuff doll got the most �tails� out of five.� When asked to report the results of his endeavor, Walter said he was bound to secrecy about which Powerpuff doll had to stay and which dolls were set free. �We don�t want to make the Powerpuff doll who had to stay feel upset about losing her freedom. We hope to wait until a time when she is old enough to accept that her fate was decided by the flip of a coin,� said Madeline. It is rumored that Walter is now to decide whether the Section cafeteria will be serving meatloaf on Wednesdays or on Thursdays.
