HASHBROWN CASSEROLE
1 lb pkg. Hashbrowns (southern style) Sautee~ 1 Small Onion in 2 Tablespoons of Butter. Take off heat.
Add the following soup mix to the sauteed onions and blend: 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup 1/2 pint Sour Cream 4 oz. of Grated Cheddar Cheese (or more to taste) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper
Topping: \ Melt 2 Tablespoons of Butter & mix into 1 Cup Cornflakes
Layer into a 9x13 sprayed pan:
Frozen Hashbrowns Topped with Soup Mix Topped with Cornflake topping
Bake at 350 until potatoes are done. |
