Beef - Dip

Eye of the round roast, sliced into thin slices.
1 head of garlic crushed
2 cups of dry white wine
1 cup water
salt

Marinate the slices of meat for at least 2 hours making sure it's covered with the liquid. Pan fry them ... just with Pam... they are done when slightly browned on both sides. When they are all done, with the marinate pour it into the frying pan, let it boil at least 5 minutes. strain and pour it over the slices of beef. That way they aren't dry.

Dip:    Knorr beef stock and water, salt and pepper..... bring to a boil.

Buy your favorite buns then pour the marinate from the beef  on the buns with a spoon,  add the slices of beef.
