Natural Hygiene is over 100 years young and based on scientific principles. "optimal health can be achieved only through
self care - eating healthfully; developing self-esteem; exercising regularly; getting plenty of rest, sleep, fresh air, and sunshine; learning to handle stress; avoiding all negative influences of life - and by seeking competent professional advice and care when necessary.
