Lively Literature: Registration
If you want to participate in Lively Literature, follow these steps:
- Review the schedule to determine the appropriate classes for your children.
- Download and print the registration form (PDF requires Adobe Acrobat reader - If you have trouble downloading or viewing the form, you can use the alternate plain-text form).
- Fill out the form completely and mail it with your payment to the address on the form.
Your Lead Teacher will confirm your registration by phone or email to let you know which age group you will work with for the semester.
Make sure you obtain the books your children need in time to read them before each class.
