- We will meet from 9:00 - 11:00, with the discussion sessions beginning promptly at 9:15 and ending at 10:45. This gives us 15 minutes at the beginning to get our children settled in their classrooms, and 15 minutes to clean up at the end of the session.

- If you are unable to attend a particular session, please notify the appropriate teacher(s) so they can plan accordingly.
- If Loudoun County schools close for snow, we will postpone our classes until the following Friday.
